Chick-Fil-A really loves cows, and has been for more than forty years. It has been privately owned and operated since the first Chick-Fil-A restaurant opened at a shopping mall near Atlanta in 1967. People still remember those commercials of cow picketing other fast food establishments, with signs like ‘SAV COWS, EAT CHIKIN’ and other terrific slogans.
Chick-Fil-A has over 1400 locations across 38 states, and even in Washington D.C. With over 3 billion dollars in annual sales, and over forty years of consecutive sales growth, it isn’t hard to see why someone would aspire to work with this company. With plenty of options, both in hourly and salaried positions, there are many openings for individuals.
Maybe you have a accomplished restaurant management back ground there are heaps of options, including starting your own Chick-Fil-A franchise. For a small initial investment, you can obtain your own operator’s license. Of course you will have to go through the extensive training program, provided by the corporate offices, before you are actually able to get in the business, as can be anticipated. Chick-Fil-A will also be there every step of the way to help insure that your new restaurant is profitable.
If you are looking for a position maybe in corporate, Chick-Fil-A executives can reap many benefits. There is full medical coverage for not simply employees, but their families as well. There is also a disability insurance plan, company paid life insurance plan and a retirement plan that the company pays five percent on. There are also so many others. Corporate positions can also include summer internships, where college students can earn credits. You will have to check with the official website for more information.
For hourly positions, you won’t discover any listings on their website. You will have to use the store locator, every store is independently owned and operated. The owners themselves dictate the hiring process. Using the website’s store finder, you can locate a restaurant in your area, and apply for a job in person.
When filling out a job application, you will need to have all of your current information on hand. This means any addresses, and phone numbers for all previous employment, education and any other contacts that you put down. Take your time, and don’t be rushed.

Hello, I’m looking for a job. I think Chick-Fil-A is perfect. I love the atmosphere and every time I go into a store it always looks so neat and clean. I would love to become a part of something like that. All I need is a part time job. Hours are flexible and I’m 19 years old.
Thank you for reading this. I know you may hear this a lot, but I really need this job.
